To Live and Draw in L.A.
This past Sunday I had the chance to go check out To Live and Draw in L.A., Angels Gate Cultural Center Visual Arts Director Marshall Astor's final curatorial effort before leaving the center. The show features a range of artists as they interprets the concept of drawing. The show will be up until January 8, 2011. You can view the entire set of the show on my Flickr page.
To Live and Draw in L.A. brings together a diverse group of artists in the most fundamental of mediums. Featuring loose interpretations of the concept of drawing that include performance, site-specific action and video and more traditional methods from twenty-seven artists.
